SHIPPING POLICY

 In order to shipment, we ship within Australia. Freight will be depending on size and weight of a parcel.

 Standard shipping time - from two to eight days the tracking number is forwarded to the customer immediately after shipping of goods

Out of stock 

 Likewise, we ship orders from overseas over to your doorstep. All parcels are sent via EMS courier expect COVID-19 delay.

Shipping time - up to a month the tracking number is attached.      

Initial downpayment required 

Cut-in-half shipping

 The new EMS courier rule is in place. Overall dimensions of a parcel must not exceed 1.5m in length. Mainly, Large items will be rejected prior to shipping by the customs. The cut in half option will be only the way of bringing Body kits in. We are capable to put all body kit pieces back together with free of charge for the customer

Even though, the new regulations have been published we might have dispute the customs decision as most body kits would pass the requirements on sizes.

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us by a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns


All returns must be postmarked within (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least (2) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify by email when your return has been processed.
